Its Been 26 years

Thank you so much Sai for this lovely day.Now its been 26 years.
Have learned so much in this 26years and still more to learn but understood only one thing from everything that “Its all my sai”,everything belong to you Sai and I am just your little child.
.

Want to quote a song “Kun Faya Kun” from the movie Rockstar.
Jab Kain pe kuch nahi tha
Wahi tha wahi tha wahi tha
Woh jo mujh mein samaaya, woh jo tujh mein samaaya
Maula wahin wahi maaya
Sajra savera mere tan barse
Kajra andhera teri jaan ki lau
Katra mila jo tere dar barse.
God ji , I just have my one wish on this birthday –
Ho mujhpe karam sarkar tera
Araj tujhe kar de mujhe
Mujhse hee riha
Ab mujhko bhi ho deedar mera
Kar de mujhe , mujhse hee riha…mujhse hee riha
Mann ke mere yeh bharam
Kachche mere yeh karam
Leke chale hain kahan
Main to jaanu hee na
Tu hai mujhe mein samaaya kahaan leke mujhe aaya
Main hoon tujh mein samaaya tere peeche chala aaya
Main toh jag ko naa bhaaya
Tune gale se lagaya haan phir tu hee hai khudaya
Sach tu hee khudaya.
Today it was a special birthday.Feels blessed to be with my Sai today.
Thank you so much for everything you have given to me.
Thank you for giving me lovely parents, lovely siblings, good education etc etc..
Thank you is a very small word for whatever you have given to me.

My Belief in My SAI

I feel as if something is there with me all the time….talking to me when I am alone …listening to me when no one is there to listen to my stupid nonsense talk…with whom I can share all my secrets….who loves me…who takes care of me…who just holds my hand and says, “Sweetheart don’t worry…I am always there with you….”…..who kisses my forehead and make me sleep well all night.

For me he is not limited to a deity or idol…

For me he is my father when I want some money

For me he is my mother when I want something to eat

For me he is my friend when I want to share my secrets

For me he is my sister when I want to share my girls talks

For me he is my brother when I want to play

For me he is my beloved when I want love

For me he is everything.

I Love u My Sai.You are everything for me.

OM SAI RAM.

Journey !! From known to unknown and from unknown to known………..

When I was small I used to ask myself who am I?,I am not able understand myself , Why I am here , what is the purpose of life, what is all this. I always used to ask myself all this but never shared it with my parents or anybody else.

Then, one day there was a seminar in our school I was in 8th standard and in that they said that you are an important person of this world. Realize your importance. At that time I was not able to actually understand it, but it was good to hear such kind of words.

Then, I remember whenever we used to have classes of moral education I used to love those classes and my teacher always used to talk about God. I used to love listening to her whereas, other students used to get bored.

Then, I was in 10th standard I was going to Beas with my family. One of my uncle believes a lot in Radhaswami, I asked him when one day we all die, everything will come to an end than what is the use of all this, what is the use of working so hard, studying and all. He said that we have to live and for that we have to do all this. I was never satisfied and keep on question myself, WHY ALL THIS? WHAT IS ALL THIS?
Then, once I was travelling from Delhi to Dehradun and all of a sudden I came across a person. By chance his interest and my interest were same. We talked about spirituality, moral values. He told me about meditation and Reiki.

At last, I realized myself when I came across Raj yoga meditation of Brahma Kumaris.I came to know about my true self that I am a soul. My purpose is to enhance my knowledge of soul, to know about that supreme soul, to know about my consciousness. My purpose is to spread smiles to this world.

To empower myself with true knowledge.

I pray to God to be with me. To always guide me on the path of truth and spirituality.
Om Sai Ram.

Shikwey

Bechara mera dil kitno ke shikwey aur shikayatein sunega

Woh kisko apni daastan kahega

Kya karu iss dil ka main

Kab tak yeh bechara yu hee tanha rahega.

Gift of Janamasthmi

Its feels good when you are able to say someone, “Aunty may I help you.”and Aunty replies with a sweet smile, “Yes beta.”

Today there was a celebration of janamashtami near my house. In that a lady and few people were distributing ruhafza to people.Me and mom saw them.I asked my mom should I go and help them.

My mom said , “You should definitely go and help them”.That lady was so happy as I asked her aunty may
I help you.

That lady was not knowing me when everything got finished. My mom came ( My mom was knowing that lady ) and told that lady that “She is my daughter.”
Aunty told my mom, “That’s really good. She was a big help to us.”

I made my mother proud. And got a gift of janmashtami by serving them.

I feel eternal bliss is when I serve others without expecting anything in return from them. Just feel that My God has given me an opportunity to help others and bring a smile on their face.

Happy Raksha Bandhan !!!

Woh pal yaad aatey hai jo maine tere sath betaye hai

Woh sharatein jo maine tere sath ki hai

Woh khel jo humne sath sath khele hai

Woh barish main bheegtey hue bhuttey khana

Woh sath sath school jana

Tera mujhe samjhana aur mera tujhee samjhana ki –

“Didi jaldi se homework karke khelne challenge.”

Tu aaj mere sath nahi hai

Lekin teri yaad humesha mere dil main hai

Tu jahan bhi rahe

Jaise bhi rahe khush rahe

Meri duaayein tere sath humesha hai.

Happy Raksha Bandhan !!

Anjaan

Socha tha khud ko jaantey hai hum

Khud ko pehchantey hai hum

Lekin jab khud se rubaroo huye

To laga

Kitney anjaan thay KHUDA se hum.

Maut

kabse nighayen laga ke baithey hai tere intzaar main

Aye maut !!

tu kab aayegi

Ab tu bhi aaja…

Tera bhi dedar kar le

Zindagi ko gale se lagaya hai

Uske har gam ko dil se sajaya hai

Ab tujhe (maut) bhi sar par saja ke chale hai

Kabse nighayen laga ke baithey hai…..

Kambhakhat tera chasma humesha beech main aa jata hai

Hum to baithey gai inmein doobne ke liye

Tu jara chasma to uttar aur doob ja mere sang doobne ke liye.

AN SMS CHAT WITH GOD

God: - Hello, you called me.
I, Me, Myself: - Called you? No, who is this?

God: - This is God; I heard your prayers so I thought I will chat with you.
IMM: - Sure, I pray. Just makes me feel good. Actually I am busy now. In the midst of something, you know.

God: - What are you busy with? Ants are busy too?
IMM: - Don’t know. But I can’t find free time. Life has become hectic. It’s rush hour all the time.

God: - Sure. Activity gets you busy. But productivity gets you results. Activity consumes time. Productivity frees it.
IMM: - But I still can’t figure it out. By the way, I was not expecting you to buzz me on instant messaging chat.

God: - Well I wanted to help you resolve your fight for time by giving you some clarity. I wanted to reach you through the medium you are comfortable with.
IMM: - Tell me, why has life become so complicated?

God: - Stop analyzing life. Just live it. Analysis is what makes it complicated.
IMM: - Why are we then constantly unhappy?

God: - Your today is tomorrow that you worried about yesterday. You are worrying because the act of worrying has, become a habit. That’s why you are not happy.
IMM: - But how can we not worry when there is so much uncertainty?

God: - Uncertainty is inevitable, but worrying is optional.
IMM: - But then, there is so much pain due to uncertainty.

God: - Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional.
IMM: - If suffering is optional why do good people always suffer?

God: - Diamond cannot be polished without friction. Gold cannot be purified without fire. Good people go through trials .With that experience, their life becomes better not bitter.
IMM: - You mean to say such experience is useful?

God: - Yes. Experience is a hard teacher, though. She gives the test first and the lessons afterwards.
IMM: - But still, why should we got through such tests? Why can’t we be free from problems?

God: - Problems are purposeful roadblocks offering beneficial lessons to enhance mental strength. Inner strength comes from struggle and endurance, not when you are free from problems.
IMM: - Frankly, in the midst of so many problems, we don’t know where we are heading.

God: - If you look outside you will not know where you are heading. Look inside. Looking outside, you dream. Looking inside, you are awaken .Eyes provide sight. Heart provides insight.
IMM: - Sometimes not succeeding fast seems to hurt more than moving in the right direction.

God: - Success is relative, quantified by others. Satisfaction is absolute, quantified by you. Knowing the road ahead is more satisfying than knowing you rode ahead.
IMM: - Sometimes I ask, who am I, why am I here? I don’t know the answers? What is to be done?

God: - Seek not to find who you are, but determine who you want to be .Stop looking for a purpose as to why you are here. Create it. Life is not a process of discovery but a process of creation.
IMM: - How can I get the best out of life?

God: - Face your past without regret. Handle your present with confidence. Prepare for the future without fear.
IMM: - Sometimes my prayers are not answered.

God: - There are no unanswered prayers .At times the answer is no.
IMM: - Thank you for this wonderful chat.I’ll try to be less fearful.

God: - Keep the faith and drop the fear. Life is a mystery to solve, not a problem to resolve. Life is wonderful if you know how to live. Love you my child.

MAA

When you came into the world, she held you in her arms,
You thanked her by wailing like a banshee.

When you were 1 year old, she fed you and bathed you,
You thanked her by crying all night long.

When you were 2 years old, she taught you to walk,
You thanked her by running away when she called.

When you were 3 years old, she made all your meals with love,
You thanked her by tossing your plate on the floor.

When you were 4 years old, she gave you some crayons,
You thanked her by coloring the dining room table.

When you were 5 years old, she dressed you for the holidays,
You thanked her by plopping into the nearest pile of mud.

When you were 6 years old, she walked you to school,
You thanked her by screaming “I am not going”.

When you were 7 years old, she bought you a baseball,
You thanked her by throwing it through the next door neighbor’s window.

When you were 8 years old, she handed you an ice cream,
You thanked her by dripping it all over your lap.

When you were 9 years old, she paid for piano lessons,
You thanked her by never even bothering to practice.

When you were 10 years old, she drove you all day from soccer to gymnastics, to one birthday party after another,
You thanked her by jumping out of the car and never looking back.

When you were 11 years old, she took you and your friends to the movie,
You thanked her by asking to sit in a different row.

When you were 12 years old, she warned you not to watch TV shows,
You thanked her by waiting until she left the house.

Those Teenage Years
When you were 13 years old, she suggested a haircut that was becoming,
You thanked her by telling her she had no taste.

When you were 14 years old, she paid for a month away at summer camp,
You thanked her by forgetting to write a single letter.

When you were 15 years old, she came home from work, looking for a hug,
You thanked her by having your bedroom door locked.

When you were 16 years old, she taught you how to drive her car,
You thanked her by taking it every chance you could.

When you were 17 years old, she was expecting an important call,
You thanked her by being on the phone all night.

When you were 18 years old, she cried at your high school and graduation,
You thanked her by staying out partying until down.

Growing Old and Gray
When you were 19 years old, she paid for your college tution, drove you to campus, carried your bags,
You thanked her by saying good – bye outside the Dom so wouldn’t be embarrassed in front of your friends.

When you were 20 years old, she asked whether you were seeing anyone,
You thanked her by saying, “It’s none of your business”.

When you were 21 years old, she suggested certain careers for your future,
You thanked her by saying, “I don’t want to be like you.”

When you were 22 years old, she hugged you at your college graduation,
You thanked her by asking whether she could pay for a trip to Europe.

When you were 23 years old, she gave you furniture for your first apartment,
You thanked her by telling your friends it was ugly.

When you were 24 years old, she met your fiancée and asked about your plans for the future,
You thanked her by glaring and growling “Moth…ther….please!!!!”

When you were 25 years old, she helped to pay for your wedding and she cried and told you how deeply she loved you,
You thanked her by moving halfway across the country.

When you were 30 years old, she called with some advice on the baby,
You thanked her by telling her, “Things are different now”.

When you were 40 years old, she called to remind you of a relative’s birthday.
You thanked her by saying you were, “really busy right now”.

When you were 50 years old, she fell ill and needed you to take care of her,
You thanked her by reading about the burden parents become to their children.

And then, one day she quietly died. And everything you never did came crashing down like thunder.
There’s no substitute for her. Cherish every single moment with your mom.

Though at times she may not be the best of friends, may not agree to our thoughts, she is still you mother.
She will be there for you….to listen to your woes, your bragging, your frustrations etc.

Ask yourself………..have you put aside enough time for her, to listen to her , “blues” of working in the kitchen, her tiredness?????

Be tactful, loving and still show her respect though you may have a different view from hers.
Once gone, only fond of memories of the past and also regrets will be left.

Don’t take for granted the things closet to your heart.

Love her more than you love yourself.

Live is meaningless without her. I LOVE YOU MAA.

I read this poem somewhere felt life sharing with everyone.

VARIOUS CHOICES IN THINKING

There is a very instructive story about Kamsa in the Srimad Bhagavatam, which is the much – acclaimed purana on the avatar of Sri Krishna. As we all know; it was foretold publicly that Kamsa would be killed by Krishna. What did Kamsa do? Instead of making the best use of the remaining time available to him, he acted in the worst possible manner. He conspired ceaselessly to kill Krishna.

Finally, he sent Akrura to Vraja to fetch the two brothers; Krishna and Balarama. They came and immediately made waves in Mathura, with everybody adoring them. Still. Kamsa wouldn’t have a change of heart thought he knew that death was inevitable. As a consequence, he began to have very fearful dreams even during waking hours; he was so possessed of inimical thoughts, that he saw only bad omens. Ultimately, Kamsa was dragged down from his throne and killed by Krishna.

Our lesson from this is that there are well defined rules for thinking. We all know that loose talk hurts but we don’t always realize that unfettered thinking hurts more, as in Kamas’s case.

Angry thoughts make us lose control over ourselves.

Lustful thoughts degrade us

Greedy thoughts turn us from the right path.

No wonder, Bhagavad Gita warns that these are roads to hell (BG 16.21).

Inimical, jealous or hateful thoughts burn us from inside. Fearful thoughts make use depressed, cowardly and sick.

Everyone faces some problem or the other. But let us find constructive solutions without being oppressed by bad thoughts. We should know that all of us have limits: we could seek guidance from others or pray to God for inspiration. Thinking of God also keeps us from being desperate or hopeless. We learn to tolerate the inevitable (BG 2.14) to avoid mental distress.

Thus we develop a positive attitude to life. If the mind must think negatively, which it is prone to do, we need drag it back (BG 6.26).The choice is ours, whether to make our mind a friend, or suffer foolishly, like Kamsa did.

MEDITATION

What is meditation?

Meditation is silencing our thoughts. In silence we grasp more, understand more. In stillness our awareness rises and expands and we experience peace and gain wisdom.

Meditation is a state when your body is still and mind is quiet. Sit quietly in one place and count your breathing in the beginning there should be 21 breaths as a starting point, then gradually increase the duration by 3 or 5 breaths each day, one can easily  reach within a  month’s time a duration of about 20 minutes meditation with the focus of a breathing.

MY SAI

What’s the use of my life if I cannot use it for My Sai?

What’s the use of my hands if I cannot do service to My Sai?

What’s the use of my eyes if I cannot see My Sai?

What’s the use of my tongue if I cannot take name of My Sai?

What’s the use of my ears if I cannot hear name of My Sai?

My Sai, I always want to be in your conscious.

Sai Baba, please help me in getting over all these materialistic and worldly things.

I don’t want anything else except you My Sai.

I love you My Sai.

FEW LINES FROM ZNMD

Dilon mein tum apni betaabiyan leke chal rahe ho, toh zinda ho tum.

Nazar mein khwaabon ki bijliyan leke chal rahe ho,toh zinda ho tum.

Hawa ke jhokon ke jaise azad rehna seekho.

Tum ek dariya ke jaise lehron mein behna seekho.

Har ek lamhe se tum milo khole apni baahein.

Har ek pal ek naya samaa dekhe yeh nigaahein.

Jo apni aankhon mein hayraniyan leke chal rahe ho,toh zinda ho tum.

Dilon mein tum apni betaabiyan leke chal rahe ho, toh zinda ho tum.

Ten Tips for a Better Life

1. Don’t worry – Worry is the least productive of all human activities and thoughts.

2. Don’t let needless fears preoccupy your life. Most of the things we fear never happen.

3. Don’t hold grudges – that is one of the biggest and most unnecessary weights we carry through our lives.

4. Take on one problem at a time .It’s the only way to handle things anyway…one by one.

5. Don’t take your problems to bed with you. They are bad and unhealthy companions for good natural sleep and rest.

6. Don’t take on the problems of the other people. They are better equipped to handle their own problems than you are.

7. Don’t live in the past – It will always be there in your memories to enjoy….but don’t cling to it. Concentrate on what is happening right now in your life and you will be happy in the present also not just the past.

8. Be a good listener – It is only when one listens...that one gets and learns ideas different from ones.

9. Do not let frustration ruin and rule your life. Self pity more than anything interferes with positive actions with moving forwards in our lives.

10. Count your blessings – Don’t even forget the smallest blessings. As many small blessings add up to large ones.

TWO TRAITS THOSE ARE NECESSARY TO MEET LIFE BIGGEST CRISIS

1. Self Acceptance – Which allows you to live with your feelings even when they become negative. With self acceptance, you don’t fight against how you feel in the name of how you should feel. You are patient with yourself. You let the situation unfold inside and wait for the clouds of grief, anger, shock or anxiety to clear.

2. Resilience (the ability to bend with a crisis) – Idea of an individual’s tendency to cope with stress and adversity. This coping may result in the individual bouncing back to a previous state of normal functioning. Souls don’t break, they bounce back. This is the motto of people who are emotionally resilient. They accept that bad things happen even to the best people. No life is without difficulties.

The secret therefore isn’t how to lead a perfect life, for such a thing doesn’t exist. The secret is to allow you to bounce back, understand what has happened, rejoice in surviving and open yourself to the future with clarity and a touch of courage.

WHATEVER HAPPENS, HAPPENS FOR GOOD

I always believe and say that. In life whatever happens, happens for good and it happens for a certain reason.
There are no accidents (Kung Fu Panda – I)

If you just observe your life carefully there is something or the other positive in it. You may not get the positive results or you may not see the positivity at that particular point of time. But later on, definitely you will say that it was good.

Always try to look on the positive side. I know it’s very easy to say but very difficult to follow .But at least, try it.

In your times of adversities just remember God.If god is not giving what you want may be he has some better plans for you. Have patience !!!

God never does anything wrong with people. He always gives us what we deserve. If you deserve a medal he will give you but if don’t deserve it, he will not give you. He always knows what his child wants and gives you that. If he is giving you pain he wants to make you stronger. If he is giving you trouble, difficulties, he wants to make you more powerful. But he gives you, what you deserve.

Try to be happy in whichever situation you are. Try to understand the wants of situation. May be God wants to make you so strong that you can face the adversities of life.

God may be trying to show the different world or a new world where you can grow and explore yourself. He knows, in which situation we can perform well, where we can adjust or where we can excel ourselves.
So, whatever happens, it always happens for good.

NEVER REGRET A DAY IN YOUR LIFE

One day I decided to quit...i quit my job, my relationship, my spirituality....i wanted to quit my life. i went to the woods to have one last talk with god.

"God", I said.  "Can you give me one good reason not to quit?
"His answer surprised me.

"Look around", He said. "Do you see the fern and the bamboo?"
"Yes", I replied.

"When I planted the fern and the bamboo seeds, I took very good care of them..  I gave them light. I gave them water.
The fern quickly grew from the earth.  Its brilliant green covered the floor. Yet nothing came from the bamboo seed.  But I did not quit on the bamboo.

"In the second year the fern grew more vibrant and plentiful.  And again, nothing came from the bamboo seed.  But I did not quit on the bamboo.

"In year three there was still nothing from the bamboo seed. But I would not quit. The same in year four.

"Then in the fifth year, a tiny sprout emerged from the earth.  Compared to the fern, it was seemingly small and  insignificant.

But just six months later, the bamboo rose to over 100 feet tall. It had spent the five years growing roots. Those roots made it strong and gave it what it needed to survive. I would not give any of my creations a challenge it could not handle.

"Did you know, my child, that all this time you have been struggling, you have actually been growing roots? I would not quit on the bamboo.. I will never quit on you”.

"Don't compare yourself to others." He said. "The bamboo had a different purpose than the fern. Yet they both make the forest beautiful”.

"Your time will come", God said to me..  "You will rise high"
"How high should I rise?" I asked.

"How high will the bamboo rise?" He asked in return.
"As high as it can?" I questioned
"Yes."

He said, “Give me glory by rising as high as you can."

I left the forest, realizing that God will never give up on me. And He will never give up on you.

Lessons to Learn from This Story:

Never regret a day in your life. Good days give you happiness. Bad days give you experiences, both are essential to life.

Never Give Up

No matter what is going on never give up develop the heart too much energy in your country is spent developing the mind instead of the heart.

Be compassionate not just to your friends but to everyone. Be compassionate.

Work for peace in your heart and in the world; work for peace and I say again never give up.

No matter what is happening no matter what is going on around never give up.

God's Grace

1. Have you ever been just sitting there and all of a sudden you feel like doing something nice for someone you care for?
That’s god talking to you through the Holy Spirit.
2. Have you ever been down and out nobody seems to be around for you to talk to?
That’s God wanting you to talk to him.
3. Have you ever been thinking about somebody that you haven’t seen in a long time and then next thing you know you see him/her or receive a phone call from him/her?
That’s god .there is no such thing as coincidence.
4. Have you ever received something wonderful that you didn’t even ask for like money in the mail, a debt that had mysteriously been cleared or a coupon to a department store where you had just seen something you needed but couldn’t afford?
That’s god knowing the desires of your heart.
5. Have you ever been in a situation and you had no clue how it was going to get better, how the hurting would stop, how the pain would ease but now you look back on it…
that’s god passing us through tribulation to see a brighter day.

Footprints

One night I had a dream. I dreamed I was walking along the beach with god. And across the sky flashed scenes from my life. For which scene I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand, one belonged to me and the other to god. When the last scene of my life flashed before us I looked back at the footprints in the sand. I noticed that many times along the path of life, there was only one set of footprints. I also notice that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times in my life.
This really bothered me and I questioned god about it. “God, you said that once I decided to follow you, you would walk with me all the way, but I noticed that in my life there is only one set of footprints. I don’t understand why in times when I needed you, you would leave me.
God replied “my precious, precious child I love you and would never never leave you during your times of trials & sufferings. When you see only one set of footprints it was then that I carried you.
